Excellent service, handy and good position to bus stops to the center. Pleasant and amazingly nice staff and management. Well heated and cheap room and bathroom with a bathtub.

stayed at a charming hotel in Lasarte Oria, exceeded expectations with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Great location for visiting San Sebastian without the hassle of driving. Lovely bar downstairs and helpful receptionist. Will definitely return for the annual festival in June.

Hotel building is rather shabby, wifi was working only in the hall, there is no tea/coffee/cafe in the hotel/room

the closeness to the main road, the friendliness of the staff at the reception.

the room was warm and cheap, included central heating, a work desk, and a tv set. there was a bathtub, a plus for me.

We loved the clean and inviting lobby area that welcomed us with a pleasant fragrance. The comfortable beds provided just the right amount of support, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had excellent wifi and plenty of parking space, making it convenient for us as adventure travelers. The friendly and professional staff were a plus, and the hotel's location near good bus and train connections made exploring the area easy. the facilities were clean, the staff were kind, and the bed was very comfy.

The hotel was in Lasarte, so I was able to get away from the hustle of tourists in San Sebastian. Also, the bus system was very good to get to ss to and from.

The hotel is a bit dated and in need of repair.

8Km out of San Sebastion but good train serive into Sabsabatian

I recently stayed at Hotel Txartel for three nights while visiting the annual festival of one of the first F1 racing circuits in San Sebastian. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the refurbished lobby was very nice. I enjoyed the convenience of free parking and fast wifi, as well as the proximity to the N1 highway for easy access to San Sebastian and Tolosa. The hotel is also just a 15-minute stroll from the town centre, and there is a great bar/restaurant next door that serves a delicious 4 euro breakfast.

Would recommend this hotel.

The staff spoke good english and were very understanding and helpful.

Very helpful girl on reception provided hairdryer and soap as the room had been provided only with shower gel. Easy access to San Sebastian by bus.

Free wifi did not work in our room, just the corridor nearer the lift and in reception.

We enjoyed the spacious bedroom and comfortable, firm mattress. The hotel had great wifi and a convenient parking lot. The daily housekeeping was fantastic, keeping the room and bathroom clean with fresh towels. The friendly receptionist spoke good English. It was easy to reach San Sebastian City Center with nearby public transport.

We felt welcomed throughout our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Heating was on (this is February!) Lots of hot water...
